Curtis is an associate in our Business Group Law based in Vancouver. He maintains a corporate and commercial practice that focuses on technology and privacy law matters.
Curtis' practice includes negotiating and advising on service engagements, outsourcing transactions, privacy and security matters, other technology transactions, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. His client experience spans a wide range of sectors and industries and includes financial institutions, public sector entities, start-up technology companies, large retailers and manufacturers and real estate developers. Curtis is a member of the firm’s National Cyber/Data and Technology Groups.
Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, Curtis clerked for two justices at the British Columbia Court of Appeal and served as Co-President of the Allard Law and Business Society. He obtained Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Forestry from the University of British Columbia and he received his JD from the University of British Columbia in 2019.
Curtis is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and Canadian Bar Association.
