Dan Schechner is an Associate in our Business Law Group in Toronto. He maintains a general corporate law practice.

Dan obtained his JD with distinction from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. In law school, Dan assisted with faculty research in the area of privacy law and completed a year-long externship with the Toronto Star’s legal team. He previously received his Bachelor of Commerce from the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University.

Dan was called to the Ontario bar in 2023 after summering and articling at the firm. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
