Ernesto Aleman is a Law Clerk in the firm’s Business Law Group, in Toronto. He works on a broad range of corporate law related matters including incorporations, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, as well as transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions.

Experience

Ernesto brings extensive experience as a corporate law clerk focusing on organizations, registrations, rollovers, coordination of multi-jurisdictional transaction closings under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) and the Canada Business Corporations Act, as well as management of high volumes of documentation with conflicting deadlines.

Certifications and Education

Ernesto has a Law Clerk Diploma (with honours) and is a certified law clerk of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
