Jessica Hoskins is an associate in our Labour and Employment Group in Vancouver. Her practice covers a broad range of labour, employment and human-rights law matters.

Jessica received her J.D. from the University of Victoria in 2022. During law school, she volunteered as a project leader with Pro Bono Students Canada, served as an executive member on the Law Students Society, worked as a Research Assistant and competed in the BC Law Schools Competitive Moot. She also worked at the Environmental Law Clinic and the Golden Women’s Resource Centre where she advocated for marginalized clients. Upon her graduation, she received the Founders Award in Law in recognition of her outstanding public service and contributions to the Faculty of Law.

Prior to law school, Jessica obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta where she graduated with distinction. During her undergraduate degree, she played varsity volleyball and was an Academic All-Canadian.

Jessica articled at a mid-sized firm in Victoria. She has experience representing clients in the BC Provincial and Supreme Courts.

Jessica was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2023 and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.
