Philippe Pelletier LeBlanc is an associate in our Tax Litigation group. Philippe's practice focuses on litigation in federal, provincial and municipal tax, as well as administrative and regulatory law.

As part of his practice, Philippe is called upon to advise and represent his clients in the context of tax and administrative disputes. Philippe knows how to implement creative and effective strategies to help his clients navigate through the various stages of the administrative and judicial process that opposes them to federal, provincial and municipal tax and administrative authorities.

A former elite hockey player, Philippe is still involved in the Quebec sports scene. He notably acts as a member of the Integrity Protection Committee of Regroupement Loisir et Sport du Québec.

Philippe obtained his Licentiate in Civil Law (LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa in 2020. He was called to the Quebec Bar in 2022. He is a member of the Association de planification fiscale et financière and the Canadian Tax Foundation. Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, Philippe clerked for Justice B. Richard Bell of the Federal Court.
