As Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives, Vanessa is responsible for driving programs that bring the firm’s strategy to life. Her focus is primarily on innovating our service delivery and business offerings. Vanessa has been heavily involved in the launch and operations of our MT❯Division service lines, namely MT❯3, MT❯Align,  MT❯iplus, MT❯Ventures and MT❯Version.

To support the new service lines, Vanessa undertook a new approach to circumvent the potential for slow decision making and long lead times. Vanessa led the creation of a nimble operating platform, designed to enable new processes, systems and technology, working alongside firm infrastructure, to enable rapid deployment of the new service offerings to our clients.

Vanessa works closely with firm leadership and colleagues across the firm to drive realization of business objectives and ensure our MT service lines deliver value to our clients while operating efficiently.

With over 20 years experience in the professional services industry, Vanessa has amassed a unique combination of program management, business process redesign, change leadership and technology implementation skills.
