  • A consortium, including Greystone Managed Investments in the purchase of a 100 per cent interest in Alberta PowerLine for approximately C$1.7 billion from Canadian Utilities Limited and Quanta Services Inc.
  • NB Power in the C$5 billion Atlantic Regional Transmission Loop project aiming to deliver hydroelectricity from Quebec into the Maritime provinces.
  • NextBridge Partners in the $700 million East-West Tie Transmission Line project, a now-complete 450 km double-circuit 230 kV transmission line connecting the Lakehead Transfer Station in the Municipality of Shuniah near the city of Thunder Bay to the Wawa Transfer Station located east of the Municipality of Wawa.
  • The Lenders in connection with a secured credit facility to First Nation LP, a partnership of 24 First Nations, to finance its equity interest in Wataynikaneyap Power LP, the developer of the Wataynikaneyap power transmission line project.
  • NextBridge with respect to its application to the Ontario Energy Board for transmission rates for the East-West Tie transmission line.
  • Nukik Corporation with respect to the development of the Kivalliq Hydro-Fibre Link.
