On November 8, 2023, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec ("CDPQ") announced that it had made a minority investment in AVENIR GLOBAL in support of their international growth ambitions. This transaction will enable AVENIR GLOBAL to continue expanding into a global company in the communications industry.

CDPQ is a long-term institutional investor that manages funds primarily for public and parapublic pension and insurance plans. As one of Canada's leading institutional fund managers, CDPQ invests globally in major financial markets, private equity, infrastructure, real estate and private debt.

AVENIR GLOBAL, based in Montreal, Quebec, is a holding and management company which owns, among others, NATIONAL Public Relations, Canada's leading public relations firm.
