We are advising Fengate Capital Management ("Fengate") in connection with its acquisition, in two stages, of a 50% interest in just over 16 acres of air-rights located over the CN/TTR rail corridor running from Bathurst Street to Blue Jays Way in downtown Toronto, Ontario. 

The air-rights are to be developed into the visionary ORCA project through the construction of a structural rail deck and the development and construction of over 3,000,000 square feet of mixed-use buildings located 27 feet over the rail corridor.

McCarthy Tétrault is advising Fengate with a team led by Jeffrey Knowles that includes Danny Grandilli, Dana Shen, Ted Cox, Patrick McCay, Michael Foderick and Phil Sanford.
