Oxford Properties Group leases the top floors of the new Oxford building to Ernst & Young

On June 12, 2013, Oxford Properties Group announced that Ernst & Young LLP will be the lead tenant of Oxford Properties’ new development being constructed at 100 Adelaide Street West, between Bay and York Streets in Toronto’s downtown financial core. This is Ernst & Young’s largest lease transaction in Canada over the last 20 plus years.

The new tower, to be known as the Ernst & Young Tower, is scheduled for completion June, 2017, and once completed will be certified LEED Platinum and consist of 40 storeys with a total area of approximately 900,000 square feet. No additional terms of the lease were disclosed.

Oxford Properties Group, headquartered in Toronto, is a real estate investment, development and management company.
