On July 18, 2021, Timbercreek Financial Corp. ("Timbercreek") announced an at-the-market ("ATM") equity offering program which allows Timbercreek to issue common shares from treasury with an aggregate gross sales amount of up to C$90 million.
Timbercreek is a leading non-bank, commercial real estate lender focused on providing shorter-duration, structured financing solutions to commercial real estate investors.
